Out of the box you can define

  • units of work (labour time)
  • price per hour / unit
  • special pricing for urgent / emergency calls
  • Stock Item prices from the list

some examples:

If you calcaulate labour time for each 15 Minutes and your employee record 25 Minutes, you’ll invoice 30 Minutes (or 2 Units of 15 Minutes).

One of your price rules could be: if work order is an emergency order, you can add an extra fee to the invoice or you’re using a factor of 1.5

If your employees have to get cash from customer, he/she can send the invoice using BBM / Push to the Office where Invoice can be confirmed or modified and sent back.
